Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer Birthday Parties due to staffing issues.
Saddle up and come spend a fun filled day on the farm.
Your animal loving child and her/his guests will tour our barn and meet the resident horses, pigs, sheep, cows, chickens & ducks. Then they will have great fun learning how to groom a horse and be able to take turns riding, while being led by one of our friendly and experienced party hosts. Afterwards our party room is available for birthday celebrations. Safety helmets are provided and must be worn while riding.
Parties at Meadowlarke Stables conveniently supply:
Plates, Cups, Napkins, Utensils, Decorations
all you need to bring is the food,beverages, serving utensils and any activities you wish to do.
Don’t know what to feed everyone – order in – most of the major food places deliver to the stables.
When: Saturday or Sunday
Time: 12:30-3:30pm
Ages: 4-10 – all party participants must be 4 years old on the day of the party
Fee: 1 Horse Party with a maximum of 10 participants – $205
2 Horse Party with a maximum of 15 participants – $260
12:30-1:00pm – Barn Tour & Grooming – when guest arrive they will be treated to a barn tour and chance to learn to how properly groom a horse
1:00-2:00pm – Riding Time – party goers will take turns being led on the horse/pony by our party hosts. We keep those waiting for their turn involved with horse knowledge/trivia.
2:00-3:30pm – Party Room – party organizers this is your free time to organize as you please. Lunch, Activities, Presents – co-ordinate as you please.
To book your party, please complete the contract below and scan/email, fax or bring it by the stable in person. Once we have a complete contract with full payment we can book the party. Please note, we do not reserve or hold spaces.
